Yeah. so anyhooo

i got bored. so me and ben decided to goto the Mental Asylum (Saint Mary's Hospital in Stannington, Northumberland, England if you wanna google it).. i'd wanted to do it for quite a while now.
All in all. it was a good day...lol

right. i took all the shots. there was NO glass infront of us. and this shot was taken without flash and ben was behind me.. anyone care to tell me WTF this is at the bottom left????????????/

Maybe your finger? Moved it out before you took the shot.
How long has the place been abandoned?

i'm a "professional" photographer. my hand is on my camera. not infront of my lense..lol

it's been abandoned since 1995 if i remember correctly..

Professional... all right... I don't mean to insult you, in any way, but my mom has been a "professional" photographer for almost 25 years. And uh... well, these just don't compare. Maybe because you're using digital.

we'll i've been doing this for 15 years.. so i've enough practice to know what i'm doing...

they would have turned out better but we had to pretty much run round the place .. it was very creepy ...

we're going back in the dark...

Do you have a degree?

the tutors on my degree course didn't even have a degree. and John Quinn (my tutor) is an outstanding photographer, i'm sure you can look him up.

i dropped out in my last month due to personal issues (my mum is sick)

A good portfolio will get you a photography job before ANY degree will.. a degree in photography doesn't mean jack shit if your portfolio sucks...

I understand all that but it's good to have credentials before you can call yourself a "professional". But even that term is limited.
